Which Force 8 door is composite and which is aluminium?

All door from Force 8 are in fact composite.

The recently developed smooth finish from Force 8 gives the impression of aluminium with all the benefits of a full composite door. Smooth finish gives an overall impression of an expensive finish but without the high costs that you would have to pay for a full aluminium door. You can now choose from Force 8’s smooth finish or their wood grain finish giving you the best of both worlds.

Dennis Sumner, Managing Director of Force 8 comments “Our newly developed smooth finish was heavily influenced by the home improvement industry leaning towards slim aluminium anthracite grey windows and if matched with our anthracite grey Zermatt door, you can be sure to achieve a revolutionary door. In addition to the smooth finish, you can choose from our wide range of our Blu 316 grade stainless steel hardware that comes with a lifetime guarantee, improving the look of aluminium”.

The Zermatt door by Force 8 is the first two tone contemporary design to feature in the market. Anthracite grey is the main colour of the door and you can choose the second colour that features on the design, from a range of 210 RAL colours.  With a glazed option available, you can be sure that this will added kerb appeal to your home.

All Force 8 doors are fitted with SFS 2D hinges, giving an aesthetically pleasing finish and are available in a wide range of colours.  There is a low stormguard threshold available for disability easier access or people who prefer not to have a high step into their home.

The Surefire lock security system now features on the door. The Latch bolts have been designed to ensure that the door will be in the correct position before the hooks engage into the keeps and should the door bow, this will prevent any side load pressure on the hooks during any normal lock operation. When you shut the door, this will engage the trigger and places all five locking points into the keeps and then when you use the key, the centre deadbolt will be thrown. To release, simply the turn key.

“To see that the Zermatt door has influenced the market well, you can be sure that Force 8 will continue to develop on our innovative ideas that takes the industry by storm. As we have introduced a glazed option for the Zermatt Door, you can be sure that this’ll also influence the market. You can always be sure that Force 8 will have something new to be released.”, comments Dennis.
