In the manufacture of our arch frames, we use state-of-the-art techniques to ‘form’ 6500mm profile lengths in one piece without the need for cutting or sanding. This technology means no welds or joins within the arch, offering a superior and aesthetically pleasing finish.
All our arched frames are totally unique in their manufacture as each one is fabricated from a single length of profile, meaning NO WELDS and NO JOINTS! Not only does this leave a flawless finish, it also produces a far stronger structure. Every arched frame is manufactured to order to fit a specific opening, so the design can also be completely unique, from a simple arch to something far more complex. The gallery of images shown here is just a taste of what Force 8 can engineer, there is no such item as a standard arched door frame.
